Check if the device is connected to the power supply and if there is power at the outlet.

The drawer can't close

The most common cause of the issue is too large object placed in Ø11, or some part of it is sticking out of the drawer (e.g. bag handle), unabling it to close.

Check if anything is jamming the drawer inside or outside the device and remove the obstacle. When done, proceed with closing the drawer by bringing your hand to the proximity sensor.

There are unusual noises when the drawer is moving

This usually occurs, when too heavy objects are placed inside the Ø11.

Maximal weight for all objects disinfected at once is 6kg. Remove additional items.

The device stopped working with items inside

This usually occurs, when the outlet, to which Ø11 is connected, loses power, or the plug is taken out of it. In a situation where you want to take the items out of the device (without supply voltage), you can pull the bottom of the drawer and manually open it.

Disinfection lasts too long/short for my needs

To change the disinfection time, you need to enter the service menu - to do so, hold two top touch buttons immediately after switching on the device. The option to change the time is displayed at the top right. You can choose from 1 up to 5 minutes, with 30 seconds increments.
