This usually occurs, when the outlet, to which Ø1 is connected, loses power, or the plug is taken out of it. If that’s the case, the Ø1 will eject your phone when the power comes back on.In a situation where you want to take the phone out of the device (without supply voltage), tilt Ø1 downwards so that the phone slides out.

Check if Ø1 is connected to the power supply and if there is power at the outlet.
If yes, the cause of the shut-down is propably the end of the 60 000 disinfection cycle lifespan of LEDs inside the Ø1. They couldn’t deliver maximum disinfection efficiency anymore, so from now on, the device cannot be used, until it gets it’s LED panels replaced.
